Do you ever wish you had someone you could call or email when you have a simple question or a problem? Want to have someone close at hand when your network or computer crashes?
Now you can. We offer cost-effective, affordable solutions.

You may have heard the term “MSP” (Managed Service Provider) – it’s all the rage now with IT companies like ours. It’s a flat rate, all inclusive, support plan. Fine and dandy. But the price? It’s typically $150-$200/workstation/month.

That’s not real doable by small business.

So what we’ve come up with is “MMSP” a Mostly Managed Service Provider. The difference? Instead of having you pay a high monthly fee, and covering any onsite as well as offsite time, we mitigate OUR risk of providing potentially unlimited on site support, and YOUR risk of paying monthly for something you’re not using! Our support plans get you most everything those MSP guys give you, except when we do have to come out on site, you pay a discounted hourly rate.

Our support contract gets you all this:
  • Phone-based support
  • Email-based support
  • Remote support
  • Discounted labor rates when a visit is required
  • A “heads up” when a nasty virus or bogus email is going around
  • Free consultations for any potential IT project
  • Someone who knows your equipment and you
  • An intermediary when dealing with defective equipment or software
  • Real Time Monitoring

If you can’t afford or don’t need a full-time IT person, this is a great compromise – get the support without the overhead.

Pricing and package information:

Standard plan:
Remote support: 2 hours per month for every 5 computers included, $50/hr thereafter.
Onsite visits $90/hr.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings.
Monthly updates on covered computers (OS, antivirus, java, adobe, etc…) off hours.
Remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Maintenance of network equipment included.
4 hour response time window, work to begin within 24 hours.
$45/month/workstation.
$90/month/server.

Premier plan:
Remote support is included (unlimited).
On site visits include 1 hour per month per 10 computers, $90/hr thereafter.
Automatic software updates of operating system, adobe, office, etc.. as desired.
Remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings (as it does currently)
Includes Antivirus Software
Business technology roadmap prepared quarterly.
Maintenance of network equipment included.
Includes DMC System Monitoring – we know somethings happened even when you don’t!
Internet provider support included.
2 hour response window, work to begin within 12 hours.
$65/month/workstation.
$115/month/server.


Notes:

Network Attached Storage (NAS) support: $20/month
Managed Wireless: $10/device/month
Regular rates:
$170/hr on site support.
Normal Support Hours: M-S 8am-6pm.
After hours support on a case by case basis, normal fees  may be doubled.

We do not charge for onboarding of new support clients in almost all cases, nor do we mandate long contract periods. Try us out!
