Pricing and package information:

Standard plan:
Remote support: 2 hours per month included, $50/hr thereafter.
Onsite visits $85/hr.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings.
Monthly updates on covered computers (OS, antivirus, java, adobe, etc…) off hours.
Remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Maintenance of network equipment included.
4 hour response time window, work to begin within 24 hours.
$40/month/workstation.
$85/month/server.

Premier plan:
Remote support is included (unlimited).
On site visits include 1 hour per month per 10 computers, $85/hr thereafter.
Automatic software updates of operating system, adobe, office, etc.. as desired.
Remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings (as it does currently)
Includes Antivirus Software
Business technology roadmap prepared quarterly.
Maintenance of network equipment included.
Includes DMC System Monitoring – we know somethings happened even when you don’t!
Internet provider support included.
4 hour response window, work to begin within 12 hours.
$60/month/workstation.
$110/month/server.

Notes:
Regular rates:
$160/hr on site support.
Normal Support Hours: M-S 8am-6pm.
After hours support on a case by case basis, normal fees  may be doubled.
