Service Rates

  • On-Site Support: $200/hour
  • Remote Support: $150/hour (billed in 15-minute increments)
  • Support plan on-site: $100/hr
  • Support plan Remote support: Included

Please note: Our services are primarily available to clients enrolled in one of our Support Plans, with limited availability for standalone project work. These rates do not apply to our business phone services.

We offer flat-rate or hourly quotes for most projects, ensuring transparency and eliminating surprises.


Note

At this time, we do not offer traditional break/fix services. Our focus is on proactive support for existing clients and select project engagements. Our VOIP services, however, remain available to all customers.
