A support contract gets you all this:

  • Optional Cloud based full computer (image) backup with no onsite hardware

If you can’t afford or don’t need a full-time IT person, this is a great compromise – get the support without the overhead.

Our approval ratings for our support clients are over 97% in our ticket interactions; we also far exceed our listed response periods (below).

NOTE: We don’t outsource our level 1 support like so many providers do – you’re working directly with us, not some 3rd party in another area.

Pricing and package information:

Basic plan:
Remote support: Included, under a fair use model – we expect around 1 hour per computer of remote support time. Significant variances from that may alter your base cost.
Onsite visits $100/hr.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings.
Automatic software updates of operating system, adobe, office, etc… as desired.
Hardware monitoring and remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Next Gen AI malware/virus scanning
Support of network equipment included.
Includes DMC System Monitoring – we know something’s happened even when you don’t!
Monthly hardware aging reports
4 hour response time window, work to begin within 24 hours.

Standard Plan:

Cybersecurity training (including HIPAA compliant modules as needed) *
Zero Trust Endpoint Security (only known programs are allowed to run)
DNS Filtering (filter bad sites and optional things like gambling, adult content, shopping)

Optional Services:

Image based backup of workstations and servers to the cloud and optional local – enjoy prompt recovery from hardware failure and ransomware: $25/month and $50/month (additional cost possible based on need)

Cellular Failover service – keep working when your main provider fails: $20-$100/month

Notes:

* Persons with email addresses beyond those covered by machine support charged at $3/month/email address
** Sharepoint sites and google shared drives are not included and priced at $3/month/site; excessive differences between the number of email accounts and computers may also include a similar charge for usage fairness.
*** Only applicable for email accounts hosted in Microsoft 365. Currently not available for Google hosted or other 3rd party email service.
Network Attached Storage (NAS) support: $20/month
Managed Wireless: $4/device/month
Regular rates:
$190/hr on site support.
Normal Support Hours: M-F 8am-6pm.
After hours support on a case by case basis, normal fees may be doubled.
