Basic Support Plan Overview

Our Basic Plan is designed to provide reliable, base level proactive IT support at a predictable monthly rate:

Included Services

  • Remote Support: Covered under a fair use model—approximately 1 hour per computer per month. Significant deviations may affect the base rate.
  • Onsite Visits: When needed or requested, at $100/hour.
  • System Maintenance: Management of passwords, licenses, network configurations, and other essential settings.
  • Automated Software Updates: Operating system, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and other applications updated as needed.
  • Hardware Monitoring: Remote software installed on all covered devices for fast, unattended issue resolution.
  • Next-Gen AI Malware & Virus Protection: Advanced threat detection and prevention.
  • Network Equipment Support: Full coverage for routers, switches, and other network hardware.
  • DMC System Monitoring: We proactively detect issues—even before you notice them.
  • Monthly Hardware Aging Reports: Stay informed about the health and lifecycle of your equipment.

Response Times

  • Initial Response Window: Within 4 business hours.
  • Work Commencement: Within 24 hours of issue report.

Includes all features from the Basic Plan, plus our Cybersecurity Bundle for enhanced protection and compliance:

  • Cybersecurity Training: Includes HIPAA-compliant modules as needed
  • Zero Trust Endpoint Security: Only approved applications are allowed to run
  • DNS Filtering: Blocks malicious websites and optionally filters categories like gambling, adult content, and shopping
  • Email Backup: Protects Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts (note: these platforms do not natively back up your data)
  • Managed Detection & Response: Monitors suspicious login activity for Microsoft 365 accounts (Google coming soon!)
  • Optional Mobile Security: Detects phishing links, malicious QR codes, and other mobile threats

Additional Services & Notes

To further enhance your IT support experience, we offer the following optional services and important considerations:

💾 Cloud-Based Image Backup

Ensure rapid recovery from hardware failures or ransomware attacks with full system (image-based) backups:

  • Workstations: $25/month
  • Servers: $75/month
    Additional costs may apply based on specific storage needs.

📶 Cellular Failover Service

Maintain business continuity during internet outages:

  • Pricing: $20–$100/month depending on configuration and bandwidth requirements

📌 Important Notes
  • Email Coverage:
    Email addresses not associated with supported devices are billed at $3/month per address.
  • Shared Drive Backup:
    SharePoint sites and Google Shared Drives are not included in standard email backup and are priced at $3/month per site.
    Significant discrepancies between the number of email accounts and supported devices may incur similar charges to ensure fair usage.

  • Network Attached Storage (NAS) Support: $20/month
  • Managed Wireless Devices: $4/month per device

🕒 Standard Support Rates
  • On-Site Support (Non-Contract): $200/hour (subject to availability)
  • Support Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • After-Hours Support: Available on a case-by-case basis; standard rates may be doubled

🎉 Onboarding

We do not charge onboarding fees for new support clients in nearly all cases.
