Pricing and package information:
Remote support: Included, under a fair use model – we expect around 1 hour per computer of remote support time. Significant variances from that may alter your base cost.
Onsite visits $100/hr.
Includes maintenance of your passwords, licenses, network and other settings.
Automatic software updates of operating system, adobe, office, etc… as desired.
Hardware monitoring and remote software installed on all covered computers for quick and unattended resolution.
Next Gen AI malware/virus scanning
Support of network equipment included.

Monthly hardware aging reports
4 hour response time window, work to begin within 24 hours.
Everything in the standard plan, plus:
Remote support is included (unlimited).
On site visits include 1 hour per month per 10 computers, $100/hr thereafter.
Includes Sentinel Security software in addition to next gen AI malware/virus scanning
Business technology roadmap prepared quarterly.
Internet provider support included.
2 hour response window, work to begin within 12 hours.
Network Attached Storage (NAS) support: $20/month
Managed Wireless: $9/device/month
$190/hr on site support.
Normal Support Hours: M-S 8am-6pm.
After hours support on a case by case basis, normal fees may be doubled.
