Cell failover/internet plans:
All plans include:
Automatic cutover when your primary internet connection drops – note there is a gap in connectivity so calls in process drop, it takes a few minutes for desk phones to “realize” they are on a different carrier.
Alerting when on cellular failover to our systems, we’ll communicate with you as the outage progresses. We can disable data if needed (say no one is in the office)
Billed directly from us – no 3rd party billing
Data package flexibility – if you want a higher base data package or to lower it, you can change it at any time.
Dual carrier – both ATT and Verizon are included, system will switch to the other if one drops (such as during fire events)
Prioritized VoIP traffic, de-prioritized tasks like computer backup and video streaming during cell usage to minimize data usage.
Usage plans:

with every GB beyond that at $8/GB when used.
